Whole Milk is terrible for you: Myth or Fact?:
Something interesting i learned is that contrary to popular belief, a glass of whole milk a day can actually decrease the risk of stroke by 20 percent. Newer studies have shown that fat from milk does not contribute to clogged coronary arteries. Also, men, the 29 calorie difference between a glass of whole and 2% shouldn't bother you too much.
